Rescue Remedy Rescue Remedy Natural Stress Relief for PetsWhen we feel ourselves we are at our best. We can cope with everything that life throws at us. But sometimes… well, sometimes we aren’t quite ourselves. We feel out of sorts, as if something isn’t right. And sometimes we need a little help to get back on track. In the 1920s and 30s a noted homeopath and bacteriologist called Dr Edward Bach discovered a way of providing that help – a complete system of 38 flower remedies that can help us rediscover the positive side of ourselves and help us live emotionally healthy lives.

I have used this in past on smaller breeds, but only sparingly. Its an alcohal based tincture, so I would use caution, and believe that the alcohol may very well be the reason it did calm the dogs down. I also heard this through a first aid-instructor that this product seems ok to use.

Totally agree with you on the alcohol concern so one of the reasons why I apply it topically. My holistic Vet said to apply a few drops to the top of the head on the bump between the ears and massage it into the skin for a few minutes.
