Hip Dysplasia and Dry skin/thin coat

My 7 year old German Sheppard is starting to have some serious hip trouble. He also has itching skin and a thin coat. Can you suggest a couple of products (I’m on a tight budget) that might help him?

Road salt and paws

What can I do to stop my puppies feet from stinging from road salt. I try to avoid it, but it is everywhere this time of year. It takes so little for her to react to it.
